For a flattering fit the coat has an internal adjustable waist toggle and underarm eyelets for breathability. Obviously one option is wearing waterproof trousers but there’s something about getting fully waterproofed to go on what should be a leisurely activity that doesn’t feel quite right. We (and you for that matter) adore this women's style so much, we've shrunken it so that now your little one can embrace your love of outwitting the weather and looking good too. My previous ‘hack’ until now has been wearing a beanie or bobble hat underneath the hood as that tends to help.

The quality is lovely and definitely waterproof as we've had a lot of rain recently, it's a bit longer than my normal length just to the bottom of my knees but if I wear a dress I won't have a few inches of wet dress below a coat. It is a heavy jacket, well put together deep side pockets and a wee pocket inside which could possibly do for your carrying your cards. Pockets at good level for me-I'm just over 5FT -and sleeves although a bit long (for me) can be turned up without it being noticed too much. And it doesn't stop there as we've also added internal waist adjusters so that you can fit and flatter your body shape as you wish.And takes a fair amount of time when you have an excitable (singing) trailhound dancing around your legs. Not only does it look good - it will allow you to feel good too, thanks to a whole host of functional features and well-designed details. When it arrived it was a bit big so I exchanged it for a 6 which fits great and I can wear a thick jumper if need be.
